SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and production. Each garment is made by hand per order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. After your order has processed it will then be shipped via USPS. If you need your order shipped sooner than the allotted processing/production time, please contact us via email. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.
Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange a product please submit a return or exchange request via our contact page. If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for any return shipment costs. You are free to exchange any garment if the items has any defects, flaws, or if you need a different size within 10 days after your item has been delivered, if it has not been damaged or washed, and has all original tags attached. Returns are applicable to any garment that has defects or flaws, however we are unable to accept returns for any other reason. Once we receive the garment, and the return is in the appropriate condition, we will issue a full refund via paypal, or issue an exchange. For any returned or exchanged items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For exchanged items, we will pay the cost of re-shipping the new garment once the original garment is received.
